Davidoff London curates a distinguished collection of premium cigars, accessories, and luxury goods. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Premium Cigars: Sourced from renowned brands such as COHIBA, ARTURO FUENTE, BOLIVAR, AVO, E.P. CARRILLO, EL SEPTIMO, and our exclusive Cigar of the Year Award Winners selection.
• Luxury Accessories: Including DAVIDOFF CIGAR CASES, ASHTRAYS, humidors, and cutters.
• Fine Spirits & Collectibles: Such as COGNAC and other curated items like CHATEAU DIADEM.

All cigars are stored and shipped from our climate-controlled facility to ensure optimal condition. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

3.2 Service Area

We are proud to serve a global clientele. However, we cannot ship to select remote regions and parts of Asia. By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address is within our serviced areas.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we accept only upon sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

• Shipping Methods & Timelines:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, using EMS service. Delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures in your destination country. Davidoff London is not liable for any delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our returns policy is designed with the integrity of our luxury goods in mind.

6.1 General Return Policy

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Process: A Return Authorization (RA) number is mandatory. To initiate a return, contact [email protected].
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6.2 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For reasons of hygiene, product integrity, and regulatory compliance, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All Cigars & Tobacco Products (e.g., from COHIBA, ARTURO FUENTE, BOLIVAR, etc.), due to their sensitive nature and our strict pre-dispatch quality control.
• Opened or Used Accessories (e.g., ASHTRAYS, cutters).
• Personalized or Bespoke Items.
• Fine Spirits (e.g., COGNAC), due to regulatory restrictions on alcohol.

We encourage you to consult with our team or review product descriptions carefully before purchasing these exclusive items.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davidoff London, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
