Tasting Notes
Nose:Â Grilled pineapple, doused with chimichurri dressing. Fresh leather and robust, estery oak. Vanilla rests in the depths, with a tropical touch of guava joining the ranks.
Palate:Â Super soft initially, before that leathery, dense oak packs a punch. Rich, earthen notes of brewed tea, treacle toffee, plus crumbly rum and raisin fudge.
Finish:Â Enjoyably spicy. Warm notes of baking spice, cloves, and cinnamon punctuate hearty helpings of stewed fruit, burnt sugar, drying oak, and oily tobacco.
